Finally, she has learned how to say no. She has learned how to take the other way. The dark clouds were gone. Things are clearer now. Finally, the glow in her eyes and her natural smile was back again.
Things around her have always been wonderful since that day she took the other road. Though there were some days wherein the stormy clouds came, she was sheltered by a home that stood still after every natural disaster that occurred.
She has learned to love the place. What’s not to love? Every morning when she wakes up, she could hear the cute sound of chirping birds. The early morning breeze makes her feel so alive. At night, the stars brighten up her world as she stares at them through the window.
Then one day, she woke up feeling so different and she slept that night with a question in her head. Why is the sun radiating eminently than before? Why do the stars sparkle with so much luster?
Now she wonders, did things started to change without her knowing? Is it the surrounding? Or is it her? Slowly, she scrutinizes every little thing in her sight…
They are beautiful.
But that’s just it. The only thing she can do now is lay her eyes on those things she sees everyday. She saw the newly bloomed flowers, but she couldn’t touch any of them like the way she did before. It is in front of her, but it seems so out of reach. She could hardly look up the sky at night to marvel at the stars. They shimmer in a way that makes her feel so uncomfortable.
As she lay on her bed and hugged her pillow, she couldn’t help but ponder. Why do things look so wonderful yet so ridiculous? Why does the heightened feeling make me shiver?
But should she ask more?
...if the answer would mean she has to find a new home?

would she like to find a new home? how brave is she to make this decision? she can't touch the flowers because the flowers don't want to be touched. they just want to make you happy. they just want to make you feel loved. that's the sad part there. the home just want to give and give but it doesn't want anything in return because if it receives anything in return, the sun will shine brightly than it ever did, all flowers will bloom and the sky will be filled will more stars than you can ever imagine. but the home doesn't want that to happen, not because it doesn't want to make you happy but because that event will affect the balance of things in the universe.
